One of the most famous myth and a tourist attraction is the Lake of the Pregnant Maiden or also known as “Tasik Dayang Bunting”. Another famous tourist attraction in Langkawi is the Kilim Karst Geoforest Park which is the first GeoPark in South East Asia. Visitors can also enjoy Langkawi’s beautiful view by going to the Sky Bridge located at the peak of Gunung Mat Cincang. Visitors can take many pictures and enjoy the windy weather. To reach the Sky Bridge, visitors must take the Cable Car that will take approximately 20 minutes.
Besides enjoying the view at Sky Bridge, visitors can ask hike up to the peak of Seven Wells or also known as “Air Terjun Telaga Tujuh”. It will take visitors about 45 minutes to an hour to reach the peak. However, there are more than 900 narrow steps that can be very dangerous. Along the way, visitors can enjoy a picnic and swimming at the beautiful waterfalls.
Langkawi is full of myths, flora and fauna. It is also not very expensive to visit Langkawi and can be accessible by airplane or ferry. Langkawi is the most attractive place to visit in Malaysia.
